SoClean, Inc. is a company that manufactures a machine that purportedly cleans, sanitizes, and disinfects a CPAP breathing machine by using ozone (O³) which SoClean describes activated oxygen. Ozone (O³) is a potentially toxic gas to humans.  In order to properly clean and disinfect the breathing machine, the amount of ozone (O³) necessary to complete the cleaning process is in excess of FDA permissible limits.  The firm is representing clients in Louisiana, Mississippi, Georgia, and Alabama. The claims of individual clients may include loss of value of the machine and/or personal injury from breathing a toxic gas in the form of ozone (O³).
